Highly skilled in hospitality, Suman Malik, currently serves as ABG Australia’s Engagement Manager. In this role, he takes pride in building and establishing long lasting relationships with each and every one of our clients, while also encouraging his team to achieve perfection. With years of experience in customer interaction, he has the ability to recognize the common stress, fear and doubt that is associated with accounting.
Determined to ease these feelings, he focuses his talent on his team, guiding them in obtaining stronger relationships with their fellow co-workers, improving their communication, performance, and daily operations, all while keeping the best interest of their clients at the top of their list.
Before joining the ABG Australia team, Suman grew his knowledge and skill level by serving in various positions that allowed his abilities in customer interaction, management and leadership to develop into his strongest qualities. To name a few, not only has he worked in the hotel industry as a Front Office Executive and Front Office Supervisor, but he also excelled in his role in the fast paced and high stress airline industry, where he once served as a Client Service Executive.
